• Superior Materials

Marco uses professional grade thermofused melamine components to ensure durability and style.  Thermofused melamine is a decorative paper treated to be thermally fused to suitable substrates, such as medium density fiberboard (MDF). Components are made of 3/4″ thick fine-particle melamine laminate, which perform better than other brands that contain larger particulate and are only 1/2″ or 5/8” thick.

•  Expert edge-banding

Each melamine component is expertly edge-banded with solid PVC 2MM edge-banding, with a soft radius edge that is heat bonded, pressure rolled, trimmed, shaped and buffed in a single step. Components are also available is .018 edge-banding for select colors and wood grains.

•  Flexible sizing

Vertical panels come in 12”, 14”, 16”, 19”, 20” and 24” depths and are consistently hole- drilled on a 32mm system, facilitating easy installation plus flexibility in planning and design. Contoured, straight-edge and tapered vertical panels are also available in a variety of standard heights.

• Great selection of    colors and wood grains

Available in 30 standard colors and wood grains, thermofused melamine components are appropriate for residential or commercial use.

Ed Rockwell, Marco’s production chief, prepares a custom closet system for installation in a customers home.

• Long-lasting durability

Components are bonded with heat and pressure to a 45 lb. high-density particle-board core. The components’ substrate and melamine are both rated for highest quality. Unlike topcoat laminate components that can peel and de-laminate, thermofused components resist de-lamination and scratching and can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
